Biography
Wai-Lin Danieley is an associate attorney in the firm’s Memphis office, focusing on railroad defense. Wai-Lin is originally from Greenville, South Carolina, where she also attended Furman University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Politics and International Affairs. During her time at Furman University, Wai-Lin received the Freeman Foundation Scholarship, which enabled her to work as an undergraduate summer intern for an international financial firm’s legal department in Shanghai, China.
After undergraduate, Wai-Lin attended the University of Memphis, where she attained a dual JD/MBA degree, established the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and served in many other leadership capacities. Wai-Lin was also a staff member and notes editor for the University of Memphis Law Review and won first place in the American Bar Association’s Mendes Hershman Writing Competition for her Law Review note, Meme Regulation: Analyzing the SEC’s Concerns Regarding Digital Assets.
Apart from her legal practice, Wai-Lin enjoys spending time with her dog, Terry.
