Biography
Mark has had success trying Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) jury cases against his railroad clients in jurisdictions across the country. He is recognized for his knowledge of the liability and medical issues involved in asbestos exposure cases.
Mark has been involved in cases and trials in Louisiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, Tennessee, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Michigan and Wisconsin. In addition to the many cases and trial involving toxic exposure, Mark has a general litigation defense practice on behalf of railroads, corporations and insurers.
Mark has handled numerous railroad crossing cases, FELA traumatic cases and FELA cumulative trauma cases. Mark is respected as a seasoned trial attorney, a true professional.
Away from his practice, Mark is a family man who spends his free hours with his wife and three sons. He is a huge sports fan. The St. Louis Baseball Cardinals are his favorite, but the Green Bay Packers and the University of Illinois Fighting Illini basketball team are close seconds. Mark and his family reside in suburban St. Louis.
