Biography

Brooks Kostakis is a Partner in the Memphis office of Reifers Holmes & Peters. His practice is focused on labor and employment, HR advice and counseling, appellate advocacy, personal injury defense, FELA/grade crossing, and transportation defense on behalf of the firm’s clients.

 

Brooks is experienced in civil jury trials in state and federal courts, handling arbitrations and mediations, and managing appeals in numerous jurisdictions.  A longtime Memphian, Brooks lives in midtown with his wife and daughters, and he is a diehard Grizzlies supporter.
